Chapter 3: Unwanted Guests
Jordan awoke with a sudden jerk. He then felt a sudden pain in his chest. "Aghhhh. what the heck" he said. Looking down, he found a rope rapped around his chest. He was tied to tree! Jordan tried to free himself, but the rope was far to tight. Looking around, he saw his other siblings, who were also tied to trees. They to were awake, and very confused. Suddenly, a group of men walked up towards the four. They were all armed with swords, daggers and bows and were dressed in very ragged, simple fur armor. "Well, well, it seems are 'unwanted guests' are finally awake" said the largest of the men. He was the only one not wearing bad clothing, and was kitted out in full iron armor. Isaac tried to move, clearly angry, but failed to move because of the strong rope. "What do you want!" said Jordan to the man. "Who are you?" "Who am I, is none of your concern. Why your here, well, lets just say we just found some very nice loot." The man then held up something in front of Jordan's face, swinging it slowly back and fourth. It was his shield. Jordan looked around, and found that his weapons were no longer on him. "You took our stuff!" said Cierra, angrily. "Why, exactly?" "Oh.., isn't it obvious" said the man. 'We're bandits, and raiding and stealing is what we do best. We saw you idiots lying on the ground, sleeping away, and thought, well, might as well take this stuff for ourselves." Jordan clenched his teeth. "I mean, it's not like you'll need this stuff anymore. Your death will soon be upon you." "What do you mean?" asked Bethany. "Well" said the Bandit Leader, "When we steal things from travelers and adventures, we always need to dispose of the them after we move on, so we thought, well we're to busy to go and kill you all ourselves, so let the local wildlife feed on you" The siblings stared at each other in shock, then stared back at the Bandit Leader. "So, you like that idea" he said. "You, you MONSTER!" shouted Isaac. "Let us go, before we show you how we fight!" "Hahaha...haha..hah..ha......You aren't going anywhere" said the Bandit Leader. "And besides, the wolves are hungry." As he said this, wolf howls could be heard off in the distance. "Now, I wish we could talk, but we've got to dash, so, goodbye!" The Bandit Leader then turned and walked off, closely followed by his many other Bandits. Jordan tried to free himself once more, wanting to strangle the Leader. "Get back here to I can punch you in the face" he shouted However, by now, the Bandits were out of ear shot. "Um, guys" said Bethany. She was looking over at a small group of three wolves, all of their eyes trained on the siblings. "This, isn't good" said Cierra. "Yea, not good."
