May become active here again. Had a hankering to try writing fan fics again, so I may go and try to to write some and post them here, assuming if I have time to do so.

It has been...a very long time since I posted anything here, something like 2 years or what not. In truth, I feel rather bad for not having put anything here, or for that matter even updating my status on where I've been and what's going on in my life. So, I guess it's time I do some explaining.

Where have I been: Not..really anywhere actually. Still living in the same place, with the same people, and still attending school (though I will be finished with High School this year).

Why I stopped uploading: Simple answer, didn't have the time to make stuff. School got a lot busier, life in general got more hectic, and a lot of my motivation just fizzled out and went out the window. That plus some of my tastes in things changed, so in the end, didn't really feel like drawing certain things anymore. Same thing goes for writing stories, though thankfully I haven't lost my creative spark.

Will I ever upload anything new?: Possibly. Main reason I never closed this account was I believed I'd maybe come back and upload some stuff on it again. And I still have that in mind thankfully. In truth, it (hopefully) will be rather soon.

tbh, that's all there is to say really. If I do upload some new stuff, it may be rather different content to what I used to draw, since my tastes of changed, but hopefully, people that stumble upon this profile will still like what I upload, be it old or new.

I thank anyone who reads this through to the end. I still feel guilty for just up and vanishing for nearly 2 entire years, but now with things cooling off a bit, hopefully I can get back to showing my creativity and uploading some things once again.

Thank you.

To all the people I roleplay with.....*Sighs*..I feel like an idiot..going into so much..detail about this issue..in truth..this final follow up will..not be that descriptive, as at this rate I have explained as much as possible and found...basically all the info I could on the issue...this is nothing more than a simple recap on it all...cause I just want to get all this..crap off my chest.

For anyone who did read my previous 2 blog's on the matter, then good on you, and I thank you for taking time out of your day to read my blog's. For anyone who hasn't, then let me give the simple rundown. Article 17 (Was known as Article 13) is an article or law that the European Union wish to put into effect..that in simple terms would kill the freedom of speech on the internet all together, and would more than likely cause the internet to slowly crumble, Now...that may seem like an exaggeration...but the truth is out there to see, for now at least. In total..3 different article's are what are worrying people. We have Article 11, Article 12a, and Lastly, Article 17 (Was known as Article 13)

Article 11: This Article wishes to force websites that share content from large company's such as news outlet's, movie studio's and record label company's to pay a tax for the links or info from those sights. This could effect however media sharing websites such as Reddit and Twitter, as they;d be forced to pay these taxes, or simply stop their users linking such things online.

Article 12a: This Article effects many fans of sports online, as well as how they view it. With this article in full effect, people would no longer be able to share footage online of, as an example, 5 minutes of a Soccer Match to the friends. The only people allowed to share such content online will be the news outlet's that end up covering the sports online or on television.

Article 13 (Now Article 17): Once known as Article 13, now renamed Article 17, this article is what the majority of people have been worrying about the most. With Article 17 in full effect, it simply forces company's such as Google, Youtube, Twitch and so on, to have filtering technology on all copyrighted content. In truth, Youtube already has such a system in place, however the EU as well as many Record Label's, Film Studio's and New's Outlet's think that it is not enough, and that they should have full control of the copyright system online. In simple terms, they wish to have full control of what goes online..and what is seen online, be it copyrighted, or not. This means many things we see online, such as Gif's, Memes, Photo's, hell even fan art online, will either be heavily censored or banned for viewing all together as they will be classed as Copyrighted content. This also means that for content creators on places such as Youtube or Twitch, they would take a serious blow to there viewers or to their channel. Many Youtubers make a living from making Video's, and use the rules of ''Fair Use'' so they may upload and show some small forms of copyrighted content, like showing an image of a snip it from a movie in their video's. However, with Article 17 in place, ''Fair Use'' would no longer exist, and any form of content that is copyrighted would only allowed to be uploaded, by the company;s or people who own the rights to them. As an example, uploading a song by the Beetle's online on Youtube would be no longer allowed, and you'd either have to get permission from the owner of the song (That being Sir Paul Mccartney) which is highly unlikely to have a positive answer, or you'd simply have to buy the song online, either in downloaded format or on a album. This would not just apply to music, but to all forms of media online that once fell under the rules of ''Fair Use'' which...in simple terms, means the freedom of the internet would be destroyed. As another example to this issue, there are many new;s stories online, mostly about environmental issues such as pollution, that can be found online on smaller, lesser known new's outlet websites, who clearly have done their research on the matter. However, the mainstream media in most cases, does not wish for these issues to be present , as they know if people know a lot about them, then company's like them, will lose millions of dollars. So how would the Mainstream media fight this issue? The answer is simple. They use the rules of Article 17, to gain full control of what is seen online, and thus have the ability to censor and silence the true stories online, and simply replace it with their mainstream media stories, or twist and change these true stories and turning them into lies and jokes. Now.,.I may seem to be over reacting with what I just said..however, the truth is...that is most likely what will happen. It's been proven company's like CNN and Fox New's in the US have done things like this before, and more than likely, when they, as well as many European New's outlet's hear about Article 17 giving them near full control of what is seen online..then you can bet they will erase all true info online quickly, and replace it with a lot of false lies. Sadly, similar instances also apply to the record Label's, Movie Studio's and even the European Union Itself!! The EU are sick and tired of people standing against them and telling the world that in truth, the EU is just a broken system that just doesn't work at all. But..if Article 17 is in place, they have a backed up reason to censor such words online and to mask over the truth about their system. All in all..Article 17 is simply a smoke screen, a blanket that will cover up the truth online and force company's to listen to these..greedy large media corporations like CNN and Fox New's and do as they say. Once more, this may seem like an exaggeration...but in the truth is there, and very little of it is false..the EU are basically trying to kill the freedom of speech online..they are killing the internet as we know it.

More than likely, these Article's while directed at the EU alone,,.will wither influence, or effect the whole world greatly, and more than likely, will cause websites like Deviant Art, Instagram, Reddit and so on..to crumble and fall to the might that is the EU, as they won;t be able to pay the costs to either censor their content, or deal with the taxes on links. Google and Youtube will struggle greatly in the EU, and while I highly doubt they'd remove their services there altogether (As they;d love millions of Dollars doing so) they will be under great pressure to keep the internet censored under the watchful eyes of the large media, move and music company's of the world. The saddening thing is..is that the only reason this is happening, is because the Movie, Music and New's Industries are panicking. To them, ever since the World Wide Web was created, they have been losing money. In truth, the internet has taken first place over media on TV, and with the rules of ''Fair Use'' having protected people and allowing them to upload certain copyrighted content online for over 20 years. But now, as Article 17 was passed, this gives these company's a chance to get back at the internet, and ultimately destroy it;s freedom. And why may you ask? Because if they destroy it..they can earn more money. Yes..it's about money, and sadly that;s what most thing's these day;s are about anyway's, money, money and more money. It's because these company's and people are greedy and will take any chance they have, to earn big money. As an example, I mentioned him earlier in this by the way, Sir Paul Mccartney, who was once a member of the legendary band, 'The Beatles''; has come forward and said, that he likes the idea of Article 17, as it would stop his music losing money and would make a fair balance for him so he'd earn the money he ''supposedly'' claims belongs to him. Sure..he can claim the money...but he's a fricking Billionaire for crying out loud!!! He's more than likely, earned him enough money to last him for the rest of what life he has left, and yet he has the cheek, to still ask for more money just because he's, well, you guessed it, greedy. Sadly, most musicians today, Young or old are all the same..they get all worked up about losing a mere few dollars, that more then likely in the long run, will not effect the money they earn in their music life. This in similar forms, as I have already said, apply's for all forms of media, be it film, music or new;s They believe, that losing a few 1000 dollars is enough to 100% kill any earnings they get, and thus they attack the freedom of what we know as the internet, to basically squeeze the money out of people so they can earn every last little penny...it;s just sickening.

There is also the matter of the lies that the EU themselves have told people about the Article. In a statement made a few weeks ago, the EU said that things such as memes would be exempt from the copyright law, as well as parody's and so on. However..while most people would take that for granted..it's far from true. The EU are forcing company's like Youtube, to basically invest into more extreme system's of copyright detection software so that they will be able to stop people illegally uploading content online without people's permission. To an extent..the EU have a point that Youtube hasn't done much about this before..however with the way the EU are trying to force these new rules in place..it's just not possible. The current content ID system Youtube has in place is..while not that reliable, the best Youtube can do with today;s current technology . What the EU are asking them to do..or more so forcing them to do, is to make their system's better so it can detect more forms of copyright infringement. With the tech they have as of now however..Youtube is not able to do such things , same apply's for other sights, as well as Google themselves. Even if Youtube tried to make a better system, things such as memes, parody's and anything that once fell under ''Fair Use'' will still suffer, from the same issues the current Content ID Detection system suffers from, that being wrongly accused of not being content that falls under ''Fair Use'' Even if Youtube doesn't want it to happen, there systems will not be able to 100% stop copyrighted content from getting online without permission, it's just not possible. Sad things is, the EU think it is..they have such little knowledge of tech and how it really works. Surprisingly, it has also been proven, that the EU Members of Parliament, mostly don;t seem to care for internet freedom. The man who came up with the idea of Article 17 (Sadly I can't remember his name, so my apologies) stated in a recent interview, that he understood the concerns that people had over Article 17, and was telling them that the EU were trying there ''Very Best'' to ''Make the Internet a better place''...This is a huge lie..as roughly a few weeks before this interview, the same man said online in a blog post that ''Youtube should not exist as their copyright law's are corrupt and broken'' While I do agree to an extent, as YouTube's copyright system isn't overall the best, that doesn't mean that such an aggressive attack is needed to deal with the issue. This just goes to show, that these..older generations of people in power, are simply greedy for money, and power hungry. The EU has also pulled very sneaky moves to try and stop Article 17 being denied. Before the final voting session was announced, there were protests that were going to occur all over Germany a few day;s before the final vote was put forward . With over 200,000 people in over 40 different German Towns and Cities taking part, it sure was a big matter, The EU soon learnt of this, and knew it could effect the final vote against Article 17..so they came up with a cunning plan. At the last second, the voting date was changed to the day before the protest's, so that none of the EU Paramilitary members voting for Article 17, would be influenced to vote against it by the protest's and people's up roar against it. Even though the protest;s still went ahead, many knew that the inevitable had already occurred. On March 26th, 2019, Article 17 was officially passed into EU law..the EU had gotten what they wanted..or at least..maybe.

As a final note to this..long rant on Article 17..there is still way's we as people can fight back against Article 17. While the Article was passed in the EU Paramilitary Offices..that doesn't mean that it;s in effect..in fact, it'll take nearly 2 full years from now for the law to be put into full effect across Europe..and until then, we the People of The EU, as well as outside the EU, can still fight against it. Petitions are still being signed to end the Article for good, and protest's are still going ahead across Europe..there is still a chance we can save the internet from destruction..but how may you ask..here are the three main options.

1. VPN: A VPN is more of a personal thing, and more so will only effect you and not the others about you..however it is still a work around if the Article goes into full effect. With a VPN, you'll be able to mask your browsing location and all data that passes through your internet, meaning that you can also change your browsing location, and browse in the US as an example, and ultimately access content the Article would prevent. Now..granted..this does not mean it will fix all your problems. Country;s like Russia and China, have banned VPN;s in there country (Even though people still use them anyway and don;t listen) However more then likely, if the Article is as bad as people say it is..then more then likely, the EU may try to double down and stop VPN usage altogether. As I said, A VPN is simply a temporally fix, and theirs no guarantee how long it'll last

2: Sign the Petition and Spread the Word: Spreading the word online and in the real world is the best way to get people aware of Article 17. Telling family members who use the internet a lot about it;s issues, or maybe mentioning it and spreading the word in school and collage is a great way to get people aware of it;s issues. I myself find it saddening, as many of my friends (Who are from either the US or the UK) know of Article 17, yet pay little attention to it, believing that it'll just turn out the same as Net Neutrality. However, the evidence so far HAS PROVEN how bad the Article in worst case scenario's really is, and so people SHOULD be worrying about it, as all in all, it will effect the internet in the future. As well as spreading the word, there are many online petition;s online to help save the internet, with the most popular one having over 5.2 Million people signing it, and the number is still going up. Doing such things will all in all, help to spread the word even further, and help people see the truth of this article. I'll link the petition below for anyone willing to sign up to it.

3: Vote Against the MEP's: This last one apply's more so to the people who are old enough to vote in election's in the EU, however it;s still an interesting method to help. This May, there are votes for New MEP;s going ahead in the EU, and people are being strongly recommended to vote against MEP's who voted for Article 17. In truth, this could lead to many MEP's being kicked out of office due to loss of votes, and in the long run could lead to Article 17 having a re-vote, or being revoked (Basically taken out of law) altogether. If you are willing to vote for the May Elections's, I would even recommend, vote against the MEP's who voted for Article 17..it could do the huge amounts of good.

..Oh boy...this has been a very long ...rant more so than anything else. I'll be surprised if anyone actually read all of this..but if you did, I thank you for doing so..And I hope that we..,the people of the internet can work together to save it's freedom. Thank you For Reading.

(P:S: If you wish, you may share this post about with the other two I made before, but as this one is more of a rant, it's purely your choice)
